I think these apartment owners have every right to decide what sort of person they want to share quarters with. Isn’t that something that the Don’t Make Them Bake the Cake crowd usually stands up for? These are private citizens deciding not to engage in something they feel violates their values. Personally I find it sad that this couple is so closed-minded that they won’t even meet with a conservative to see if they get along well enough to live in the same space.
